    Gorgeously photographed, thoughtfully prepared and overflowing with mouthwatering recipes, this book is a must for those wanting to bring more health and vitality out of their imaginations, into their kitchens, and into their lives.

    The meals are all elegantly practical; with easy to source ingredients, clear and straightforward steps, minimal effort, and maximum deliciousness.

    I am so grateful to have a copy of this beautiful, useful and empowering book on my recipe book shelf. Not only is it inspiring for me, my two children also love pouring through it’s pages and have requested I cook many of the beautiful dishes contained within. That’s win-win if you ask me!

This book uses simple ingredients, that I already have in my pantry, to create tasty and healthy dishes that make me feel satisfied and inspired! This is not your average vegan cookbook!     You never can have enough vegan cooking books. I love Bianca’s approach to creating meals, snacks and desserts from ingredients you already have in your cupboard, Okay, sometimes you have to buy 1 or 2 ‘new’ ingredients, but they will be used later in the book again. You won’t be stuck with all kinds of half full packages you never find a use for again. We all know those times you find yourself preparing your veggies in the same way you did last week, and the week before. This book helped me to put my usual staples in new and original arrangements.

    This is such a beautiful book! recipes are easy to follow… my 12 year old enjoys making the cauli & chickpea curry! We all love the potato pancakes, zucchini brownies and raspberry banana soft serve. highly recommend this cookbook.

    An awesome book containing a wide variety of colourful creations, fantastic photographs and well researched information. A great motivation to jump straight into the wholefood, plant-based diet and way of life. Highly recommended!
