Why Health Coaching?
Most of us know there are some things in our lives we could improve. Maybe you feel your diet could be a little bit healthier, or you should exercise more or become more organized. Maybe you feel your life is getting out of control, you are overworked, overwhelmed and overweight and have no idea how to get back on track.
Who doesn’t want to be healthy, happy and full of energy?
Wanting it is the easy part, but why does it seem so incredibly difficult to even get started?
There are countless excuses (and some valid reasons) stopping us from making those changes. Even when we are ready to take action, the information we have instant access to on health matters (especially nutrition) is just so confusing and often contradictory that we feel like giving up again. Information overload!
Having someone on your side who can help you see things clearly and encourages you to explore and overcome your barriers is often all it takes to get back on track. Sometimes, just being able to talk things through with somebody who truly listens without judgement or trying to force their opinion on you can make all the difference.
It is my job – and privilege – to guide you in finding your own solutions. I will not give you a “one size fits all” golden rulebook for a perfect life. Only you can know what’s right for you, I will simply help you rediscover your own truth.
